Victory Bible Institute

Victory Christian Center is located in Tulsa, Oklahoma, U.S.A. VCC is a church where men and women especially the hopeless learn about Jesus Christ and grow in the service of the Lord. VCC teaches the word of God undiluted according to the Bible. VCC is pastored by Paul Daugherty who is the son of the late founder, Pastor Billy Joe Daugherty.  The Church has a Bible Institute (Victory  College) where men and women of God from all over the world come for spiritual and moral training to become good leaders that would dominate their environment by influencing the lives of people positively thereby making their environment reflecting the heavenly environment on earth.
